Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the cancellation of orders placed with The Mix Up Company.

1. Order Cancellation by the Customer:

  • You may request to cancel your order within 10 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at reachthemixup@gmail.com or through our “Contact” page with your order number and reason for cancellation.

  • If your cancellation request is received within the specified timeframe and your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method within  5-7 business days.

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will need to follow our return policy once you receive the order.

2. Order Cancellation by The Mix Up Company:

  • The Mix Up Company reserves the right to cancel your order for reasons including, but not limited to:

    • Product unavailability

    • Errors in pricing or product information

    • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

    • Failure to authorize payment

  • If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Modifications to Orders:

  • We may not be able to modify orders once they have been placed. If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., change shipping address, add or remove items), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
